6 features that you could have on your FobKeyrings.

Stuck for ideas on what you want on your FobKeyrings? Have a look below for some inspiration.

1) Your phone number / contact details

Your FobKeyring can become your point of contact for your customers. People don't just have front door keys and car keys and homes these days have a back door key or a key for the garden shed and garage, even windows have keys. Use a FobKeyring and your branding can stay around your customers homes in many ways in many different places and by putting your phone number and contact details on the fobs you remind your customers regularly to contact you or recommend you.

2) QR codes

We have seen a rise in the use of QR codes since covid with all the scan and trace apps and more people having a better understanding of how they work.

There are lots of ways that a QR code can be effective:-

link trees - multiple ways in which you can be contacted

web pages - links to a page that promotes a particular service

social media - help boost your numbers on social media, meaning you continue to stay infront of your customers.

3) Social media page name

Having an icon of Instagram or Facebook (or any other platform that you use) followed by your actual page name will help to drive people to follow you and interact with your page. The simpler you make it for them to follow you the more likely they will. No one wants to have to go looking for you on Facebook, so make it nice and simple for them to find you.

4) Review us...

As people now have lots of platforms for reviews such as Trust Pilot, Facebook, Google etc, why not push your customers towards these pages where they can either leave you a review after you have done the work, or beforehand to help get you the work in.

5) Date reminders

These are great for the motor trade where you can write MOT reminder dates or when the next service is due.  They are also ideal for estate or letting agents to write important key information on them.

We supply a permanent pen to write the information on.

6) Services / products you offer

Great for either promoting what you do or cross selling the other services you provide.

We have been making FobKeyrings for over 14 years now. We have the website, emails and our social media channels for providing information, h owever we often get asked the same questions so we have compiled them below to answer any questions you may have regarding FobKeyrings and the ordering process.

Covid turned our world upside down and it changed how we live. One positive tiny thing to emerge from our new way of living however was that the main stream public all learnt what a QR code is. Everyone began using their smartphones (using often just the camera app) to scan into venues, view menus in restaurants, find out information etc. This technology had been around for a good few years, but had never really been put to good use before however, now people knew what they were and how to use QR codes and were using them everyday. We have also seen an increase in the amount of companies using them on their FobKeyrings. A QR code can link to many different elements of your business. A QR code can link to a website, or even a specific page on a website. A QR code can even go to social media pages, like Instagram and Facebook, making it easier for your customers to follow you and stay up to date. If you require a QR code on your FobKeyring they are free to implement, and all you need to do is just supply us with the link you require the QR code to go to, if you don’t already have your own QR artwork, and we will create one. Above, are a few examples of FobKeyrings with QR codes on, to give you an idea of what is possible. Our design hints: keep the fob design simple and keep the QR code as big as possible as it will be easier to scan. There are also additional ways that QR codes can be used - they can store your contact details and upload them onto your customers phones or they can link to a link tree so multiple websites and social pages can be used off the same QR code. To use these more advanced QR codes a monthly fee is often required.
